JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You Will Do: We are seeking a dedicatedindividual to join our Production team. The Painter/Finisher isresponsible for preparing, mixing, painting, assembling, and finishingof various instruments and assemblies in production as well as thetouchup of customer products returned for repair.Additionally, theincumbent would operate the die press, arbor press, and other varioustools used in the production process. This on-site position is locatedat our headquarters in Oak Creek Wisconsin.You will report directly tothe Supervisor of Receiving & Shipping and Finishing/Prep. How You WillDo It: \*Performs painting and finishing of various parts, and finalassemblies using spray gun, airbrush, and paint booth. \*Performscleaning, masking, and prep work before painting and finishing. \*Usespaint mixer to mix various types of paint per specification. \*Usescalipers, torque drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools toperform assembly or disassembly of assemblies or sub-assemblies. \*Usesarbor press, drill press, and various other pieces of equipment forassembly and finishing work. \*Follows shop orders, engineeringdrawings, or production work instructions. What We Look For: Required:\*High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.\*Minimum one year of experience prepping, painting, and finishing usingvarious types of spray guns working in a spray booth. \*Must have finemanual dexterity skills. \*Able to follow standard written workinstructions and comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings andschematics. \*Able to pass English comprehension test (in order to meetrequirements of our FAA Repair Station. \*Able to utilize a computer andbe familiar with MS Word, Excel. Physical Requirements: \* Frequentlyrequired to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. \* Occasionallyrequired to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift items up to 35 pounds.Preferred: \*Three years of experience prepping, painting, and finishingusing various types of spray guns working in a spray booth. \*Two yearsof experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand toolsand various equipment.
