Production Welder

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Responsible for carrying out the process ofwelding exhausts and direct fit catalytic converters for vehicles.Deliver finished goods parts meeting Davico quality standards, as wellas, optimizing time, raw material, tool, machinery and equipment. JOBPROFILE Age Requirement 18 years and older Education High School orequivalent Complimentary Education N/A Required Experience Minimum 6months of experience: - MIG Welding Process - Assembly - Use of handtools ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities General ? Respecteveryone within the organization. ? Wear all required personalprotective equipment. ? Comply with the assigned schedule (punch-in,break, lunch, cleaning and punch-out). ? Maintain order and cleanlinessin your workplace. ? Apply the 5S\'s methodology in your work area. ?Comply with the quality requirements of internal and external customers.? Maintain condition of equipment and company provided tools. ? Only usematerials, components, and tools necessary for the job. ? Execute allactivities with care and quality. Complete assigned work orders in atimely manner according to router instructions and sample. ? Correctlyassemble and weld exhausts and catalytic converters according to thespecifications of the work order, making correct use of time, rawmaterials, tools, machinery and equipment. ? Self-inspection of allfinished parts. ? Communicate all rework with your immediate supervisor.? Immediately report any damage of company property to your supervisor.? Immediately report any safety incidents to your immediate supervisor.? Required to learn new skills and flex to appropriate business need. ?Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
