Equipment Installer** **Job Description** Help in the construction and building of spray systems mounted in enclosed trailers and box trucks. These trucks and trailers, at the end of construction, will be worth up to $250,000. You will be responsible for installing spray foam generators for commercial use. **Responsibilities** + Install wood wall paneling. + Construct stud walls. + Terminate, install, and run air plumbing, fluid plumbing, and electrical wiring. + Install aluminum flooring and trim. + Install and bolt in place spray equipment, generators, air compressors, and related items. + Cut holes in aluminum paneling and install intake and exhaust louvers. + Work with a team to make design and layout decisions. + Use power tools and hand tools, such as drills and screwdrivers, to cut and customize wood. + Work independently, following instructions based on basic blueprints. + Rip walls out and reinstall them after installing the required equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with equipment installation and blueprint reading. + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. + Capability in electrical wiring installation and outfitting. + Carpentry and construction skills. + Framing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of general mechanical aptitude. + Ability to work well with others and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health benefits with 80% of health insurance paid, a 3% 401k match, and 120 hours of accrued PTO in the first year. Expect to work independently but collaboratively with one other person initially. This family-owned company manufactures and distributes custom spray foam machines for commercial and residential use. Be prepared to get hands-on and somewhat dirty, enhancing the practical experience in a dynamic setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
