General Laborer

Steel Fabrication Facility---General Laborer Our Custom Fabrication Company is in need of a general laborer/utility person. This utility position is a multifaced role within our specialized fabrication business. The role of this position will change on a regular basis. Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to: - Operating a forklift and overhead crane- Lifting large and heavy finished products with the facility- Load trucks- Operating horizontal band saw- Operating various types of fabrication equipment. IE: ironworker, drills...- Set-up products in paint area- Supply raw materials to designated production areas- Organize shop floor- Assist with inventory control- Assist with product assembly and packaging- Build skids- Assist with painting Requirements:- Must have exceptional attendance- Have a high school diploma or equivalent- Maintain safe work practices- Be able to read a tape measure accurately- High attention to detail- Motivated to work as a team player as well as independently- Willing to work overtime when needed.
