Foreman Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to lead a field crew, utilizing your expertise in welding and supervision. With at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for guiding the team in the installation, rigging, and handling of materials, ensuring the project runs smoothly. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a field crew in various project tasks. Ensure proper rigging and handling of materials. Oversee the installation and construction processes. Interpret and work with blueprints to guide project completion. Apply mechanical skills to enhance project efficiency. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding. Proven experience in supervision and leadership. Proficiency in installation, rigging, and construction tasks. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction projects is advantageous. Knowledge of advanced welding techniques. Ability to mentor and train crew members. Why Work Here?
