Welder Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of truck bodies through your expertise in welding and grinding. Responsibilities Perform welding and grinding of welds to ensure high-quality finishes. Fabricate truck bodies with precision and attention to detail. Utilize MIG welding techniques effectively. Interpret and work from blueprints accurately. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with welding and grinding processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Comfortable with learning and using an overhead lifting device. It includes large overhead cranes and spacious welding stations to accommodate grinding activities. Good ventilation is maintained throughout the building to ensure a comfortable work atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LAKE CRYSTAL, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
