Header Welder Job Description We are seeking skilled Code Welders to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment that primarily supports the Energy industry. Our facility is versatile, taking on a variety of projects utilizing customer drawings and specifications. A minimum of three years of header welding experience is ideal. We offer opportunities for training welders who may not pass the initial weld test but demonstrate strong potential. Responsibilities Perform code-compliant header welding according to project specifications. Utilize MIG welding, Flux core, and other welding techniques efficiently. Interpret and work from blueprints and welding specifications. Complete fitting and grinding tasks as required. Fabricate high-quality products with attention to detail. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG and Flux core welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications. Experience in 2G Single Bevel 1/2 Plate welding. Knowledge of welding codes and standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in fabrication and fitting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30pm to 11:30pm. The environment fosters skill development and provides the necessary tools and equipment for high-quality work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
