What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with precision and efficiency Perform system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and local regulations Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy in every client interaction What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls Familiarity with electrical systems and basic PLC control knowledge is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various residential settings Top Skills HVAC Installation & Repair Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting Preventive Maintenance Customer Service & Communication Sheet Metal & Ductwork Field Service & Diagnostics Why Join Us?
