Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering required; Master's degree and/or professional licensure preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in design, documentation, and construction administration Strong working knowledge of building systems, construction documents, and codes (IBC, ANSI, etc.) Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Ability to support all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration Experienced in green/sustainable building practices and LEED coordination On-site inspection and problem-solving during construction phase Oversee architectural design and technical execution for a variety of real estate development projects Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
