We are seeking a skilled TIG and MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stainless steel and aluminum, and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds. This role involves both welding and fabrication tasks in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Assist with fabrication and assembly of metal structures. Work efficiently with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and blueprints. Familiarity with fabrication tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to different projects and tasks. Preferred: Welding certification(s) a plus. Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
