General Laborer

General Labor Job Description You will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming pick tickets. You will locate products using advanced technology and retrieve orders according to quantity and size, ensuring accuracy at all times. Your role includes building pallets with orders, positioning them to loading docks, wrapping orders before loading them on trucks, and re-stocking inventory manually. Additionally, you will keep meticulous records of completed orders, maintain equipment, report on malfunctions, and adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards. Responsibilities Receive and check incoming pick tickets. Locate products using technology. Retrieve orders according to quantity and size, ensuring accuracy. Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks. Wrap orders before loading on trucks. Re-stock inventory manually. Keep records of completed orders. Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards. Load and unload trucks, lifting up to 50 pounds. Essential Skills 1+ years of warehouse experience. Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the shift. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Experience in warehouse packing and order picking. Proficiency with RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor skills. Experience in loading and unloading. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is on the third shift from 9pm to 5am, Monday through Wednesday. You will work in a clean and organized warehouse environment with a total of 25 people. Each employee is provided with a locker for personal belongings. Job Type & Location This is a position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
