Carpenter Foreman Job Description As a Carpenter Foreman, you will lead a team of 2-10 individuals on diverse projects within an hour's radius of Grand Rapids. The projects range from residential remodels to commercial builds, and you will be expected to perform installations of doors, house remodels, and trim work. Responsibilities Lead a crew of 2-10 individuals on various construction projects. Manage installations of doors and perform house remodels. Execute trim work on residential and commercial properties. Ensure projects adhere to timelines and safety standards. Interpret and work from blueprints. Essential Skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial/retail carpentry. Experience in installing doors and window frames. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Leadership experience in commercial construction. Expertise in construction management, finish, framing, and supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA10 certification is a plus.
