What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor hot mix asphalt plant equipment to ensure efficient production. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure plant reliability and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment. Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Work Environment This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy machinery. The position requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
