Your opportunity: As a Hospitality Operations Manager at Greenheck Group you will be responsible for scaling hospitality processes across multiple locations, improving operational efficiency, and partnering with sales, systems, and marketing teams to implement digital solutions that improve the customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in hospitality management and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive innovation within the hospitality team. This position ensures a valuable customer experience that exceeds customer expectations while creating a strong brand preference. What you'll be doing: Provides leadership and management of hospitality teams across multiple campuses. Design and execute strategies to scale hospitality processes across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency Identify and implement digital solutions to replace manual tasks, improving operational workflows and guest experiences Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of hospitality operations Collaborate with other departments to ensure a best in industry customer experience Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and other necessary data analytics to measure the success and effectiveness of the guest experience Provides support for in-person and remote training events. Conducts need/gap analysis based on observation as well as feedback from customers, sales partners, and business units; Recommends and implements improvements both in education content and hospitality. Lead the planning and execution of various events across the organization, partnering with business leaders to deliver excellent customer experiences. Includes events like Quarterly Business Reviews, Rep Advisory Board meetings, National Sales Meetings, industry events (ASHRAE), and etc. Ownership of customer visit policies and procedures, reviewing and updating when necessary Ownership of sales channel(s) company store and promotional material management Evaluate vendor management strategies with community partners What you should have: Bachelor's degree in related industry or training field Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High level of motivation: self-starter, ability to quickly organize materials, prioritize and coordinate tasks. Strong analytical skills. Proven leadership skills and ability to influence and partner/collaborate with others. Must be highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives. Strong customer service experience. Project management experience required. Ability to travel up to 10% COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $126,355-$170,950 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
