Automotive Painter ($19-22/hr) Shift: M-Th 5am-3:30pm Job Description As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting automotive parts, chassis, or bodies. Your tasks will include buffing and sanding parts for preparation, using an HVLP spray gun for painting, and checking for quality defects. Responsibilities Prepare automotive parts, chassis, or bodies for painting by buffing and sanding. Utilize HVLP spray gun to apply paint to automotive components. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure painted parts meet standards. Identify and address paint defects during the painting process. Essential Skills At least 1 year of schooling in Automotive painting. Proficiency in using HVLP paint sprayers. Ability to sand, buff, and prep parts effectively. Understanding of paint defects and quality assurance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with PPG paint codes and colors is highly beneficial. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
