Applicants MUST have a valid Real ID driver's license. Applicants must also provide their own transportation, and basic hand tools. This should include (But not be limited to) power drill, screw drivers, pliers, hammer and the like.) This position will require the ability to gain access to military bases. Applicant MUST be able to pass background checks and obtain DBIDS access to bases. The primary working area will be (but not limited to) the Va Beach area. Applicants must have management experience to be considered. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: - Installation of bath accessories and mirrors - Installation of ventilated closet shelving - Installation of blinds - Installation of interior and exterior door hardware - Time management for both self and those assigned to work with. - maintain relationship with subcontractors and customers on site. - Ability to effectively communicate timelines and expectations.
