Project Manager - Alternative Delivery

A Reputable Contractor in the Salt Lake City area is currently seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager candidate for upcoming Alternative Delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with alternative delivery methods such as CMaR, CM/GC and Design-Build projects. Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Key Responsibilities: Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with the project management guide. Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve problems and ensure construction quality. Oversee budgets and adjusted job costing; prepare and organize monthly project cost reports for review with Area and Division Managers. Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through regional department heads. Monitor and control construction through the administrative direction of on-site Superintendents, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Maintain active liaison with customers, joint-venture partners, subcontractors, and others to facilitate construction activities. Identify potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Leverage experience with Alternative Delivery projects to enhance project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of heavy civil large project experience is preferred, with at least 5 years in Large Construction Project Management. In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials, and industry standards. Strong grasp of technology and construction software is essential.
