Job Description:

10 plus years of related work experience and approximately 4 years of related work experience providing advisory services in leading Project and Portfolio Management process design work in the following areas: Assessments, Process Design, Capability Roadmap Development, PMO Setup & Operations, Data Framework, Design and Automation, and Digital Enablement.

Ensures that knowledge and information flow occur appropriately among all interdependent functions within and outside of HR

BA, BS, or equivalent experience; or master s in business or engineering preferred

Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green or Black Belt)

Experience/understanding of Agile approaches and methodologies

Project Management certification preferred

Assist with HR projects such as Workday backlog, Claims Talent Factory, Employee Lifecycle process, Learning and Development Training
