Pallet Builder

A manufacturing company in Roscommon is looking to hire Pallet Builders for their team! This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position for those who maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate high-quality work. The work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as it is peak production season. The starting pay is $14 per hour. Candidates should have experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete work, or similar fields requiring regular use of hand tools. Steel or composite toed boots are required.

Responsibilities:

• As part of our team, you will be responsible for assembling pallets in a manner that prioritizes safety and efficiency.

• You will use a variety of hand tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws, to complete the assembly process accurately.
• Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is a key responsibility.
• This includes regular cleaning, proper storage of tools and materials, and adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a productive work environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential to succeed in this role.

Skills:

• A background in construction and proficiency with hand tools are highly desired for this position.
• Candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks that include regular bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
