Fabricator/Plasma Cutter

Pay:$24-$26 DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM-4:30PM

Fabricator/Plasma cutter core Job Duties/Tasks:

? MUST be able to accurately read tape measure to 1/32”, understand instructions, and interpret basic drawings.

? Mig and/or stick welding, safety, set up, fitment, inspection, and troubleshooting.

? Operate a variety of steel fabricating tools including grinder, torch, ironworker, drill press.

? Rig, load & unload material with overhead cranes & forklift.

? Set up and operate CNC plasma tables including most efficient use of machine and materials.

? Accurately measure parts and transcribe dimensions. Understand and create basic drawings.

? Assist with press brake operation under the supervision of equipment operators.

? Quality control of own work as well as final quality control of product.

? Packaging with pneumatic bander.

? Help troubleshoot and prevent equipment problems.

? Conduct pre-operation equipment safety check & participate in equipment preventive maintenance.

? Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

? Identify opportunities for improving the work and actively participate in implementing solutions.

? General duties as required to support the needs of the business
