American Heating and Cooling is looking for an HVAC helper to assist our lead installers working on forced air equipment, sheet metal duct systems, boilers, piping, etc. for residential and light commercial projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year minimum HVAC work experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- OSHA-10 certification.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to work on ladders at different elevations.
- Crawling and working in confined spaces.
- Pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, and kneeling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL HELP WITH:
- Install HVAC related equipment.
- Install sheet metal duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings.
- Connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Load equipment and material for daily jobs.
- Follow company policy to ensure a safe work environment.
