Mechanical(HVAC) Project Manager

One of the top-tier Architecture/Engineering firms in the U.S. is currently seeking a Project Manager for their rapidly-growing team. In this role, you will manage the design of resilient, cost-effective facilities for sophisticated clients.

Mechanical(HVAC) Project Manager Responsibilities

• Forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
• Coordinating with consultants, team members and the client
• Lead an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design team implementing fast-paced design projects and solving design and construction challenges.
• Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
• Collaborating on project fee development and project proposals

Mechanical(HVAC) Project Manager Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust for fast deadlines
• 6+ years’ experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors
• 3+ years’ experience in project or program management
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university
• Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus
• Available for occasional travel within the US
• PMI PMP® Certification preferred
• Experience with Revit preferred
