Civil/Survey CAD Drafter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Survey C AD Drafter with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the following aspects of office survey work:

• Record map/document research
• Reviewing/reading title reports
• Experience with creating final tract/parcel maps, legal descriptions and plats (easements, deeds, certificate of compliances, lot line adjustments, right of way dedications), cell site surveys, record of surveys, land title surveys (ALTA/NSPS), topographic survey mapping, and as-built exhibits utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, AutoCAD/Civil 3D OR Intellicad/Carlson

Required Education

• Associates in Computer Aided Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying is preferred.
