What You'll Do:

• Serve as the on-site lead for all day-to-day operations on large-scale data center builds

• Coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met

• Work closely with the Project Manager and field teams to manage timelines, inspections, and change orders

• Ensure full compliance with project specs, building codes, and safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, trades, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep the job moving

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 2 years on data center projects

• Deep understanding of MEP coordination, critical infrastructure, and tight scheduling

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead teams in high-pressure environments

• Willingness to travel extensively (project durations typically 6–12 months)

• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety and quality certifications a plus
