Construction Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise construction site employees in a Highway/Interstate environment.
• Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures.
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs.
• Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance.
• Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience .
• Valid/Clean Driver's License is required.
• Working knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law.
• Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of blueprints, machinery, and equipment used in heavy/highway construction.
• Must be familiar with local PA area.

Work Environment

• Rotating Shift Work. Starting nights, 6pm -6am, then moving to shift rotation
• Fast-paced and dynamic highway construction sites.
