Journeyman Electrician

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Layout and installation of commercial and industrial power and lighting systems.

• Installation of switchgear, panelboards, and transformers.

• Installation of fire alarm and lighting control systems.

• Must be able to work on ladders and aerial lifts.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and wear all appropriate PPE.

• Work inside and outside of buildings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of commercial or industrial experience.

• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Proficiency in conduit bending and installation.

• Experience installing cable with tuggers.

• Knowledge and application of NEC standards.

• Adapt to a fast-paced schedule and work overtime as needed.
