Production Supervisor
Ensuresthe production line delivers internal and external customer satisfaction regardingorder fulfillment. This will be accomplished by balancing and aligning resourcesto deliver product to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives. Inconjunction with planning and materials coordinates and schedules theproduction line. Works with Manufacturing Engineering, to identify, develop andimplement equipment, processes, procedures and methods to support productionline goals and objectives

Product Delivery
- Manages all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost and schedule
- Optimizes human and equipment resources to achieve targeted efficiencies
- Establishes, measures and maintains production line quality targets
- Identifies and implements Lean manufacturing principles to continually improve operational performance
Planning
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate approach for production line planning to support customer needs
- Evaluates capacity and scheduling opportunities and coordinates with planning/scheduling functions to align the production line with customer needs and overall operations
- Provides input and feedback to effective scheduling of work through assembly operations; taking advantage of operational capacity of the business
Processes
- Identifies processes, methods and equipment to maximize production line performance.
- Helps determine methods to best utilize production capability by acting as a liaison with engineering personnel in releasing new products and providing guidance regarding design concepts and specification requirements.
People
- Maintenance of time and attendance for assigned department.
- Provide performance feedback, including completion of periodic reviews, coaching and disciplinary action, as needed or required.
- Ensure required training has been received and recommend follow-up training, as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required,
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- 2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Intermediate level of computer skills in email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project and MRP/ERP.
Required Experience and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. preferably electronics manufacturing .
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization in a positive manner to accomplish Company objectives and goals (Honesty, Professionalism, Respect, Trust and Teamwork).
