Position: Construction Management Administrator - Great Big Game Show

Direct Supervisor: Sr. Director of Great Big Game Show Deployment

Job Summary:

As the Construction Management Administrator, you’ll support our construction team by keeping projects organized, budgets tracked, schedules up to date, and vendor communication on point. You’ll be a key behind-the-scenes player ensuring we open each Great Big Game Show location on time and on budget — helping set the stage for thousands of guests to have an epic experience.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $18-$23/hr (Plus Bonus)

• Eligible for Full Time Benefits as outlined here .

  • Eligible for HQ Bonus

  • 8 Paid Holidays + 15 PTO Days

Hours & Schedule:

• Location: HQ - Smyrna, TN (non-remote)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours/week

  • occasional nights/weekends depending on project needs

  • Travel: Minimal (under 5%)

  • On-call: Minimal, but availability during key project deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & Organization

• Track and manage construction project schedules, budgets, and milestones

• Maintain records for contracts, permits, and compliance documents

• Help coordinate vendors, contractors, deliveries, and site access

• Prepare and organize project proposals, bid materials, and change orders

Administrative & Communication Tasks

• Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports

• Draft project updates for leadership and stakeholders

• Book travel, lodging, and equipment needs for the construction team

• Support preparation of punch lists, warranty items, and closeout documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the Adventure Factory, design, and operations teams to ensure construction needs are aligned

• Assist in developing process guides, checklists, and training materials

• Support the Construction Director in maintaining clear communication across all moving parts

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with construction terms, processes, and reading plans

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive, proactive, can-do attitude — you’re a “cookie,” not a “skunk”

Ability to lift/carry up to ~30 lbs occasionally
