Roofing Superintendent

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Roofing Superintendent with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ.

*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
*Rate of Pay: $80,000-$100,000 Annually
*This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Residential Superintendent Responsibilities:
Schedule daily labor needs for the team.
Deliver and manage materials as required for projects.
Oversee job margins, purchase orders, and employee overtime.
Supervise and lead a team of 3-6 employees, including one foreman and labor crew.
Monitor and enforce proper safety protocols and practices.
Drive company vehicles responsibly; a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. Company vehicles and gas cards will be provided.
Provide hands-on assistance to the team with various tasks as needed.
Conduct all operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Uphold and promote the companys values and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Residential Superintendent Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including prior leadership experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent.
Previous experience in roofing or construction with fall protection knowledge is preferred.
Construction experience is a strong advantage.
Must have proper safety boots suitable for job sites.
Flexibility to work a traditional Monday-Saturday schedule with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours as needed.
Ability to travel locally during the business day; some overnight or out-of-area travel may be required.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
