General Laborer Maintenance & Construction

Location: Downtown Phoenix/Midtown
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20-25/hr or Based on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Laborer with a background in maintenance and construction. This role involves performing a wide range of physical labor tasks to support construction projects, property maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with construction projects including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic carpentry
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
Load and unload materials and tools; set up and tear down work areas
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment (training provided if necessary)
Assist tradespeople and contractors as needed
Perform landscaping or grounds maintenance tasks when required
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or site manager

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
13 years of experience in general labor, maintenance, or construction (preferred)
Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance tools and equipment
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors and in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
