- Perform initial QA/QC review of project submissions.
- Assist upper management in the development of schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates.
- Work closely with project teams to effectively describe and deliver the scope of work.
- Promote, utilize, and support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors and omissions.
- Perform and check design calculations, technical specifications, and prepare cost estimates.
- Minimum of 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in Land Development.
- Experience in Commercial or Residential projects.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ideally, 60% of past projects should be in the commercial space (apartments, storage facilities, schools, etc.).
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday in person at the office, with Fridays being remote. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, HSA, and FSA benefits starting the first of the month following the date of hire. Eligibility for the 401K starts after 30 days of employment, with a company match of 50% up to 6% of your salary. Employees accrue PTO on a monthly basis, with up to 120 hours carried over to the following calendar year.
