Responsibilities :
- Cost Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information.
- Collaborative Estimation: Work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Cost Factors: Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
- Bid Proposals: Prepare and present bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes in scope or conditions.
- Data Management: Maintain a database of historical cost data and industry trends to support future estimates.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills:
- Estimation and construction management
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Experience working for a site contractor

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
