What Youll Do:

70% Installation Work

Install various flooring types with precision
Prep subfloors to perfection (3/16" over 10ft max)
Cut, glue, and align materials properly
Handle moisture barriers, adhesives, underlayments, base/trim installs
Fix subfloors and follow all manufacturer guidelines
15% Job Management

Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Protect customer homes and belongings
Tear out old flooring and handle disposal
Clean thoroughly after completion
10% Quality Control

Inspect materials and prep areas
Take before/after photos and set up cameras
Do quality checks and final walk-throughs with clients
Report any issues to management
5% Tool & Equipment Maintenance

Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working order
Report damage or inventory issues
Skills You Need:

1+ year of flooring experience
Know how to install multiple materials
Basic math, tape reading, and layout skills
Lift 80 lbs, handle pressure, and work with customers
