Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Skilled Structural Welder/Fabricator position with our fabrication shop located in NW Portland. Madden Fabrication is an expert in industrial, commercial & residential fabrication. The ideal candidate will have both flux core and TIG welding skills. Please apply today and join our team. *Shift:7am-5:30pm
*Temp to Perm Opportunity

Structural Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:
Most projects utilize flux core dual shield and hardwire MIG.
Other projects may require stainless MIG, TIG and/or stick knowledge.
Fit and fabricate.
Work on structural steel columns, beams, stairs, canopies, embeds, access ladders, handrails, grab bars and much more.

Structural Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
Able to read blueprints.
Fit and Fabrication skills required.
Excellent wirefeed MIG skills.
TIG welding skills.
Strong ability to self-manage.
AWS D1.1 certification preferred.
Must have proper tools to accomplish jobs.
Forklift and overhead crane operation experience.
Ability to read a tape measure and other layout tools proficiently.
Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Pass a drug screen.
Must be willing to be clean shaven for a respirator fit test.
