Requirements:

Proven experience as a Framer in the construction industry.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Strong knowledge of framing techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in framing construction.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification is a plus.
