Were a fast-moving real estate investor team flipping homes throughout Nashville and surrounding areas and we need a reliable, experienced General Contractor to lead full home remodels.

Work Includes all aspects of full home remodels. Must be able to do or reliably sub-out work for:

Kitchens & bathrooms

Flooring (tile, LVP, hardwood)

Windows, doors, trim

Drywall, texture, painting

HVAC, electrical & plumbing (licensed or subcontracted)

Full-scope interior & exterior remodels

MUST HAVE:

Valid TN contractors license

Bonded and insured

Can pull permits (Metro Nashville and other municipalities)

Reliable transportation and own tools

Able to handle multiple trades or manage subs
