Shingle Roofers and Material Handlers

Nelson Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd is a professional roofing contractor operating in Vancouver Island and Sunshine Coast for over 44 years.

We are currently seeking SHINGLERS and MATERIAL HANDLERS for our Powel River branches.

All levels of experience are welcome. If you are motivated, looking for long-term employment with a well-established company and value quality work, we would like to hear from you! A reliable transportation to our shop for 7am start is required. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Duties:
Work with a roofing team to keep projects on time and budget.
Install, repair, and replace shingle roofing systems in compliance with company, manufacturer, and industrys standards.
Operate various hand and power tools.
Other tasks as assigned by site supervisor.

You will receive a comprehensive Safety Orientation, Fall Protection, and safety gear.
