Estimator

We're looking for a highly motivated Estimator in Terrell, Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed project estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications, providing crucial support to customers, sales, and internal teams. You'll also track market pricing, maintain meticulous project records, and ensure all work adheres to safety standards.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Provide detailed estimates to our customers in a timely manner. Work from architectural
drawings and specifications, shop drawings or elevation take-offs
Follow up on estimates and provide feedback concerning market pricing levels
Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force and
internal personnel
Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence and other
project specific information
Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety
policies and procedures are essential functions of this job
