Spherion is partnering with a growing Electrical manufacturer in West Jordan, UT, and we're looking for a motivated and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join their team!

About the Role
As a Press Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating Press Brake machines to punch and form sheet metal components according to specifications. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of metal parts and components.

Location: West Jordan, UT
Shifts:
Day: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1 opening)
Swing: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (includes a $3.00 per hour shift differential) (3 Openings)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Press Brake machines to punch and form sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and load programs into the machine
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
- Monitor the punching process and adjust as needed to maintain product quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Lifting (up to 50 lbs)

- Visual acuity and color perception

- Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
