Insituform Technologies, LLC, a division of Azuria Water Solutions, is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and manage pipeline rehabilitation crews in the field for our Bypass Division. We are a global leader in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other trenchless technologies that help restore aging infrastructure with minimal disruption.

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a crew in the installation and repair of advanced pipe rehab products! Our Construction Foremen - CIPP guide day-to-day field operations, train and support a team, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $27.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and actively supervise a field crew responsible for pipeline rehabilitation projects from start to finish.
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate all crew activities at least two weeks in advance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor, manage, and track inventory for both company-owned and rented equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Oversee job costs with a focus on minimizing unnecessary expenses while understanding their impact on overall project profitability.
  • Be prepared to travel for both short- and long-term projects across regional and national locations as needed.
  • Carefully evaluate bypass routes and pump station requirements with precision to support successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain all project-related equipment to ensure it operates safely and reliably throughout the duration of the job.
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure full OSHA compliance to promote a safe and productive work environment.
  • Personally perform and supervise confined space entries and installations while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Conduct ongoing inspections of work to confirm that quality standards and project specifications are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with your crew to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the job site.
  • Complete and submit detailed project reports, including safety documentation, timekeeping records, and production metrics.
  • Foster crew growth by supporting cross-training efforts and providing hands-on mentorship in the field.

What We're Looking for:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience as a Bypass Installation Technician or in pipe fusion/construction equipment operation is preferred.
  • Foreman or leadership experience in a field construction environment is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Solid math skills (including the ability to work with fractions and decimals) and strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with homeowners and clients.
  • Ability to travel (Potentially out of State)
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable working in confined spaces, with the physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools. Willingness to work in outdoor environments, in varying weather conditions, and with potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Must be able to wear appropriate PPE including respirators and harnesses.
