Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced trim carpenters for work across the Mobile-Daphne-Foley-Fairhope area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for tradesmen with at least 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, especially in trim work. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into a permanent role, we want to talk to you.

Scope of Work:

• Perform precision trim carpentry including baseboards, molding, casing, etc.
• Read and follow blueprints and site plans
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality workmanship and clean finishes
• Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (trim-specific)
• Must have own hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Full PPE required
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safe work practices
• Must pass background check and drug screen
