Job Summary:

CCS Construction Staffing is looking for skilled tradesmen in the Forney, TX area-either plumbers or equipment operators-to assist with trench work and backfilling on a commercial project. Candidates must be comfortable operating excavators and trench rollers, and must have experience working safely around plumbing trenches without damaging installed pipe.

Scope of Work:

• Operate excavator for plumbing backfill operations
• Use trench roller and perform moisture conditioning on soil
• Assist with plumbing trench prep and backfill without damaging pipe systems
• Support plumbing crews with basic tasks and material handling
• Follow safety protocols and work under minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a plumber or heavy equipment operator
• Skilled in trench backfill around plumbing without damaging infrastructure
• Ability to operate excavators and trench rollers
• Must bring basic tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to safety and detail
