Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Manufacturing Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Shreveport, LA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Installing, Maintaining, and Repairing Electrical Systems and Equipment
Bending & Running Conduit
Bend EMT and Rigid Conduit
Construct and Fabricate Parts
Test and Inspect Electrical Systems and Components to Ensure Functionality and Compliance with Safety Standards
Working on Transformers and DC Cabinets
Pull Cable
Bolt Up
Terminating on Terminal Boxes
Troubleshooting Electrical Issues
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Installing and Repairing Equipment in the Electrical Field
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
Able to Read Tape Measure and Use Hand and Power Tools
Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, and Technical Drawings to Determine Wiring Layouts and Specifications
