WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

With our continued growth and ambitious plans for the future, we're adding an Estimator to our team. This role is critical in delivering accurate, competitive, and value-driven estimates that support our customers' needs and company goals. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and communication.

You'll also:

• Own the Estimating Process - Review project details, calculate material/labor costs, and develop accurate proposals.
• Ensure Accuracy & Value - Provide creative, cost-effective solutions and adjust estimates as needed.
• Collaborate & Communicate - Work closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align estimates with project goals.
• Manage Data & Reporting - Maintain project records, prepare bids, and support smooth transitions from estimating to production.
• Adapt & Problem-Solve - Address project challenges, submit RFIs, and oversee subcontractor bid evaluations.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Construction or trade experience (roofing preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in estimating software (The Estimating Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with a customer-first approach.
• Physically capable of conducting on-site evaluations, including ladder use.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Hands-on experience in roofing or construction estimating is highly valued.
