This position starts at $23.45/hr. Open positions for 3rd shift. We offer a $1/ shift premium and attendance bonus.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for proper chasing and loading of live turkeys into live haul trailers to minimize the condemn bird rate and remain in compliance with the humane handling policy. This position is responsible for the maintenance of loading equipment and may require bending, twisting, and tightly gripping consistently, and must be able to lift turkey while loading.

Requirements:

• Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl to be considered.
• Must have less than 6 attendance points to be considered
• This position requires lifting 60 lbs. and must perform other duties as necessary and assigned by crew lead/supervisor/manager.
• This position must correctly follow loading policies and procedures and reduce down-time by starting on time in an efficient and orderly way.
• Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to three (3) times of employment.
