Labor Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor Foreman to join our team. The position requires a commitment to long hours with a schedule from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturdays, with Sundays optional. You can work up to 90 hours per week. The Labor Foreman will function as a working leader, supervising laborers to complete assigned tasks and maintain sections of the building for the duration of the project. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising labor projects, ensuring quality and adherence to safety and budget standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise 8-15 laborers to complete work assignments. Report directly to the Project Foreman. Plan, organize, and complete labor projects and assignments. Direct and coordinate work of labor employees, subcontractors, and other vendors. Manage schedule delivery and quality of work performed. Adhere to project budget and safety standards. Perform general construction labor, including carpentry, and use of hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints and use Procore software. Operate equipment and perform carpentry as needed. Collaborate with the project team for scheduling and determine sequencing of work. Delegate tasks to team members while working alongside them. Essential Skills 7+ years of experience in commercial construction. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role at the foreman level. Proficiency in general construction labor, carpentry, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and use Procore software. Experience in industrial and commercial construction settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 30 certification. Ability to manage up to 15 laborers on-site. Ability to adhere to company health and safety standards. Why Work Here?
