Join a trusted leader in metal fabrication! Metalcraft of Mayville is hiring Robotic Welders for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Mayville, Wisconsin facility. If you're ready to grow your skills in a clean, high-tech environment with great pay and benefits, this is your opportunity.

What We Offer:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Shift Premiums for off-shift hours

Competitive hourly pay based on experience $18.82 - $24.00

What You'll Do:

Operate robotic welders to fabricate metal parts and assemblies

Set machine parameters (wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, etc.)

Load/unload parts using hoists or manually

Inspect and measure finished parts for quality

Perform MIG and TIG welding as needed

Read blues and follow job specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work area

What You Bring:

Ability to pass a welding test

Experience with weld fixtures and machine setup

Basicputer skills

Ability to read blues and welding symbols

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and standing

Visual acuity for close and peripheral inspection

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $18.82 to $24.00 per hour
