Senior Estimator - Commercial Roofing Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation Assistance Provided) Full-Time | Office-Based $110,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience) We're a growing commercial roofing company based in Oklahoma City, looking to add a Senior Estimator to our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented company that values your skills and input. What You'll Do: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects Use Edge estimating software and Bluebeam for takeoffs and proposals Collaborate with project managers and sales to transition estimates into active jobs Analyze specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates Provide insights on Single Ply, Modified, and (ideally) Metal Roofing systems What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience Strong knowledge of roofing systems, especially Single Ply and Modified Experience with Edge and Bluebeam required Excellent communication and teamwork skills Extra consideration for candidates with Metal Roofing experience Willing to relocate?
