Looking to engage with motivated construction APMs looking for advancement into a Project Manager, or a current proven Project Manager seeking to advance their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading projects from start to finish including proposals, scope, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and final delivery.

Building and maintaining great relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.

Representing thepany at industry events and helping to grow its brand through new client connections.

What You'll Need:

5+ years ofmercial construction experience, open to experience from the APM or PM side.

Expertise in ground-up construction and renovationsmercial construction projects.

No degree required.

Strongmunication and relationship skills to navigate the fast-paced construction industry.

A passion for growing with a high-energy, entrepreneurial team.

Local presence to the Northern Virginia / DC area.

Base salary of $110K-$130K (depending on experience).
