Plumber Foreman Job Description We are seeking a licensed Plumber Foreman to join our team on a year-long project involving the construction of two multi-family residential apartment buildings. The project includes 100 units in the first building and 200 units in the second. As part of a 14-person crew, the foreman will assist with roughing, installation of PVC storm lines, PEX tubing, fixtures, and more. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of plumbers on site. Assist with roughing and installation of plumbing systems, including PVC storm lines and PEX tubing. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. Coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary. Essential Skills Expertise in plumbing techniques and installation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with PVC and PEX tubing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possession of P1 and P2 certifications. OSHA 10 certification. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Parking is available on the right side of the building. Although there is no opportunity for overtime or weekend work currently, this may change in the coming months. The worksite is within walking distance of fast food restaurants and convenience stores. Required attire includes a yellow safety shirt, work boots, work pants, safety glasses, and a hard hat. On day one, employees must bring their OSHA 10 certification and plumbing license. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, Connecticut. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
